Clinton R. Stark, 34, of Summersville, Mo., was issued a summons June 14 for fishing without a trout stamp and using illegal bait in a trophy management area on the Eleven Point River. He was given a court date of July 16.

Melinda E. Archer, 39, of Lebanon, Mo., was issued a summons June 14 for supplying liquor to minors on the Eleven Point River. She was given a court date of July 16.

Billy G. Pulliam, 28, of Birch Tree, Mo., was issued a summons June 6 for fishing with illegal bait in a trophy management area of the Eleven Point River. He was given a court date of July 16.

Dustin Bozarth, 20, of Koshkonong, Mo., was arrested June 6 and charged with assault in the second degree and operating a vehicle while intoxicated. He was sentenced to 10-days shock time in the Oregon County Jail. He completed his shock time and appeared before Judge David Evans June 16 and was released.

Daniel J. Parker, 32, of Alton Mo., was arrested June 13 for passing bad checks in excess of $500. His bond was set at $5,000. He is currently awaiting a court date later this month and is in the Oregon County Jail.

Richard A. Williams, 43, of Alton, Mo., was arrested June 13 on a charge of driving while intoxicated for the third time. Because he did not serve his shock time in the county jail for previous DWIs, he is in the Oregon County Jail with no bond set awaiting a court date.
