Bobbie Don Morgan, 61, a resident of Harrison, was fatally injured in an automobile accident near Omaha on June 19, 2008. He was born at Bexar, Ark., on Sept. 3, 1946, the son of Don M. Morgan and Mary Auline (Wayland) Morgan.
He was the owner of Morgan Pawn, Morgan Motor Co., Morgan Payday Advance Co., and Morgan Title and Loan Co. He was a member of Harrison's First United Methodist Church. He was one of the original volunteers instrumental in bringing the CASA program to Harrison and was honored by that organization.
He was a member of the National Guard.
Survivors include: his wife, Crystal (Lemoine) Morgan of the home; three sons, David Wright, Ryan Carter and Jacob Morgan; two daughters, Juliet Morgan and Sheree Morgan; his parents, Don and Auline Morgan; a sister, Joann Collins; several nieces; and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Steve and Pearl Wayland and Furd and Mary Gibson.
Funeral services were held June 24 at Mitchell Assembly of God Church at Mitchell, Ark., with Rev. Maxine Witt officiating. Burial followed in the Mitchell Cemetery. Arrange- ments were under the direction of the Cox-Blevins Funeral Home of Salem, Ark.
Pallbearers were Jacob Morgan, Ryan Carter, Elvis Dihel, Garry Williams, Max Williams and J.L. Brison.
Honorary pallbearers were his classmates from the class of 1964 at Viola, Ark.
