Steve Plante, 19, of West Plains, Mo., was arrested for driving while intoxicated, no seat belt, driving left of center and failure to maintain control on Aug. 6. Plante was released on $1,420 bond and given a court date.

Helen Prokopovich, 33, of West Plains, Mo., was arrested on a Missouri warrant for Class A, B and C felonies on Aug. 7. Prokopovich was transferred to Izard County in lieu of $100,000 bond waiting extradition to Howell County.

Billy Joe Greer, 28, of West Plains, Mo., was arrested on a Missouri warrant of a Class D felony on Aug. 7. Greer is in Fulton County Jail in lieu of $2,500 bond waiting extradition to Howell County.

Albert Chapps, 42, of Hardy was stopped for no license plate in the rear of his car. A check on his drivers license revealed he was wanted out of Randolph County for violation of hot check law on Aug. 8. Chapps was given a court dated by Randolph County and released Aug. 9.

Wayne Seelye, 40, of Mammoth Spring was arrested on four Fulton County warrants on Aug. 9 for failure to appear on four written summonses for possession of an instrument of crime, DWI, driving left of center and careless driving.

Anthony Owens, 21, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested Aug. 4 and charged with assault third degree and disorderly conduct.

Steven Tate, 24, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on a Sharp County warrant for failure to appear on Aug. 4. Tate was released after posting bond.

Kimberly Augsburger, 31, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested on a Sharp County warrant for failure to pay fines on Aug. 5. Augsburger posted bond and was released.
