Sallie Diann Branscum-Luevano, 56, of Beaumont, Calif., was arrested Aug. 11 by Deputy Gabe Sanders on the charge of possessing a controlled substance. Branscum-Luevano later posted bond in the amount of $1,230 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

In another drug related arrested, Amy Kristine Branscum, 21, of Calico Rock was charged Aug. 13 by Deputy Jason Jordon for possessing a controlled substance and possessing an instrument of crime. Branscum posted bond in the amount of $2,335 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Mary Diane Peters, 39, of near Mount Pleasant was arrested Aug. 11 on charges of possessing an instrument of crime, driving on a suspended license and operating a vehicle without license plates. Peters posted bond the same day in the amount of $1,915 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Charles Daniel Booth, 24, of Melbourne was arrested Aug. 12 on the charge of possessing a controlled substance. Deputy Trint Milligan made the arrest. Booth posted bond the following day in the amount of $1,230 and was released from jail.

Richard Thomas Brinkley, 28, of Cord was arrested Aug. 17 on charges of speeding and driving while intoxicated.

Jerry Royce Darr, 56, of Jonesboro was arrested Aug. 15 by Deputy Ed Sollock on the charge of driving while intoxicated. Darr was released from the Izard County Detention Facility the following day after posting bond in the amount of $1,055.

Larry Thomas Kelly, 34, of Cave City was arrested Aug. 17 on an absconder warrant from the Department of Correction. Kelly remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.

Brent Douglas Gill, 26, of Ash Flat was arrested Aug. 16 on a public intoxication charge by Deputy Mark Simino. Gill later posted bond in the amount of $205 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Cole Whitney Caviness, 23, of Ash Flat was arrested Aug. 16 on charges of public intoxication and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Caviness was later released from the Izard County Detention Facility after posting a $1,310 bond.

Jason Kane Child, 32, of Cherokee Village was arrested Aug. 14 on a child support enforcement warrant. Child made provisions for bond in the amount of $6,005 and was released the following day.

Following two calls to a  Melbourne residence, Theresa L. Hearring was arrested for disorderly conduct. Hearring appeared in court the following day for a bond determination and was released with a court date.

Nathan Randell Sartin, 19, of Calico Rock was arrested Aug. 16 on the charge of criminal trespass. Sartin posted bond the following day in the amount of $205 and was released from the Izard County Sheriff's Department.

Jonathan Dwayne Morrison, 19, of Norfork was arrested Aug. 16 on the charge of criminal trespass. Morrison and Sartin refused to leave the Subway Store in Calico Rock when repeatedly asked to do so. Morrison made bond Aug. 18 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Mario Guerro Morales, 24, of Batesville was arrested Aug. 16 on the charge of having no drivers license. Morales posted bond the same day in the amount of $355 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Penny Sue Tucker, 48, of Alton, Mo., was arrested Aug. 14 on violation of Arkansas hot check warrant. Tucker remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.

Joshua David Sanders, 30, of Wideman was arrested Aug. 13 on a failure to pay fines warrant. Sanders appeared in court Aug. 15 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Michael William Dowell, 30, of Coldwater, Miss., was arrested Aug. 14 on a failure to appear warrant. Dowell is currently serving a 10-day commitment in the Izard County Detention Facility.

John Lyle Harris, 18, of Batesville was arrested Aug. 15 on a failure to appear warrant. Harris remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $3,410 bond.

Jamie Lynn Maple, 35, of Mountain Home was arrested Aug. 13 on a failure to pay fines warrant. Maple posted bond in the amount of $280 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.
