Daniel Cunningham, 20, of Greenbrier, was arrested for public intoxication Sept. 1. Cunningham was released Sept. 1 on his own recognizance and given a court date of Oct. 8.

David Pebler, 34, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested at his residence for domestic abuse Sept. 1. Pebler was released on $320 bond Sept. 2.

Scott Smith, 37, of Salem, was arrested Sept. 2 for possession of a controlled substance and driving while intoxicated. He was released on his own recognizance Sept. 3 and given a court date of Oct. 8.

Farrell Stark, 43, of Hardy, was arrested Sept. 2 for first degree murder. Stark is being held in Fulton County Jail in lieu of $250,000 bond.

Teresa Shaffer, 29, of Hardy, was arrested on a warrant on Sept. 2 for manufacture of a controlled substance (marijuana). Shaffer was released on a $4,000 bond and given a court date of Oct. 8.

Aaron Webb, 34, of Salem, was arrested Sept. 3 on a Texas warrant for probation violation. Webb is being held in the Fulton County Jail awaiting extradition to Texas.

Daniel Rettew, 31, of Salem, was arrested Sept. 6 for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Rettew was released Sept. 7 on a $390 bond and given a court date of Oct. 8.

Rita Wenglasz, 55, of Hardy, was arrested for violation of a protection order Sept. 7. Wenglasz was released Sept. 8 on an $1,000 bond.

Kathryn Kinder, (no age given), of Viola, was cited by the Game and Fish Commission for "taking wildlife out of season." Kinder was given a court date of Oct. 14.
