Charles Lee Jolley, 75, of Cherokee Village, Ark., died Aug. 31, 2008, in Little Rock, Ark. He was the son of the late Lewis Jolley and the late Ella (Ashley) Jolley.
He served in the Air Force during the Korean War, and worked in quality assurance for the U.S. Government.
He was a member of the Spring River Car Club and a member of the Highland Elks and a Shiners.
He is survived by: his wife, Mary Jolley, who he married Oct. 4, 1958; five daughters, Joanne Hiler of Minnesota, Brenda Rudd of Wisconsin, Lisa Ennocenti of Arkansas, Cindy and Steve Overfield of Alabama and Sheila and Greg Lohman of Illinois; one sister, Peggy Gordon; two brothers, Cliford and Otis Partin; several grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sept. 6 at Spring River Baptist Church with Bro. Floyd Rikard officiating.
Pallbearers were Steve Overfield, Steve Overfield Jr., Greg Lohman, Vince Ennocenti, Scott Kummer and Matt Rikard. Interment followed at Bronaugh Cemetery in Hardy. Arrangements were under the direction of Heath Funeral Home of Highland. An online registry is available at www.heathfuneralhome.net.
