Jackie Denwalt, 20, of Gepp, was cited for criminal mischief and furnishing a weapon to a minor Oct. 6. Denwalt was given a court date of Dec. 10.

Jason Harbor, 27, of Viola, was cited for criminal mischief and furnishing a weapon to a minor on Oct. 6. Harbor was given a court date of Dec. 10.

Barry Fowler, 43, of Salem, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, driving on a suspended license for DWI and driving left of center on Highway 395 Oct. 7. Fowler was also served a Lawrence County Warrant for failure to appear in court and a Fulton County Warrant for two counts of possession of controlled substances. Fowler was released on three separate bonds totaling $27,775 on Oct. 8 and given a Fulton County Court date of Nov. 12 along with a Lawrence County Court date of Nov. 14.

Daniel Burch, 54, of Salem, was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Highway 395 Oct. 7. Burch was given a court date of Nov. 12.

Jerry Hall, 60, of Salem, was cited for drinking in public Oct. 7 on Highway 395. Hall was given a court date of Nov. 12.

Levi Sanders, 30, of Viola, was arrested Oct. 8 for terroristic threatening. Sanders is being held in the Fulton County Jail in lieu of $100,000 bond.

Victor Hanslaw, 52, of Conway, was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Highway 63 Oct. 8. Hanslaw was given a court date of Nov. 12.

Wesley Fisk, 52, of Mammoth Spring, was arrested on a warrant Oct. 11. He is charged with three felonies, all deliveries of controlled substances (two counts of Oxycodone and one count of marijuana). Fisk is being held in the Fulton County Jail in lieu of a $75,000 bond.

David Stewart, 51, of Black Rock, was arrested Oct. 12 for driving while intoxicated and possession of a controlled substance. Stewart was released on a $1,090 bond after spending the evening in the Fulton County Jail.

Jeremy Howard, 28, of Hoxie, was arrested for public intoxication Oct. 12. Howard was released on a $220 bond after spending the evening in the Fulton County Jail.

Christopher Mask, 26, (no address listed), was arrested on a Fulton County warrant Oct. 12 for failure to pay fines for driving on a suspended license, no liability insurance and drinking in public. Mask was also served a Baxter County warrant for failure to pay fines for no vehicle license. Mask was released on bonds totaling $2,901 Oct. 12.
