Charles Holloway, 64, of Ash Flat, was arrested at his residence on a domestic dispute Oct. 13. Holloway was released from the Fulton County Jail Oct. 14 after charges were dropped.

Anthony Dickerson, 53, of Salem, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, careless driving and implied consent Oct. 16. Dickerson was released on a $1,985 bond Oct. 17 and given a court date of Nov. 12.

Brenda Hess, 56, of Bexar, was arrested on warrants for promoting commission of a crime, harassment and terroristic threatening Oct. 18. Hess was released on a $3,100 bond Oct. 18 and given a court date of Nov. 12.

Michael Hess, 59, of Bexar, was arrested on warrants for promoting commission of a crime, harassment and terroristic threatening Oct. 18. Hess was released on a $3,100 bond Oct. 18 and given a court date of Nov. 12.

Jessie English, 30, of Salem, was arrested on warrants for failure to pay fines for a violation of Arkansas Hot Check Law, criminal trespass, no liability insurance and failure to appear for driving on a suspended or revoked drivers license on Oct. 18. English was released on a $2,055.54 bond on Oct. 18 and given a court date of Dec. 10.

Howard Singletary, 44, of Viola, was arrested for driving while intoxicated, failure to maintain control of a vehicle, implied consent and driving on a suspended license for DWI. Singletary was released on a $1,790 bond on Oct. 19 and given a court date of Nov. 12.

Claude Rouse, 46, of Salem, was served a warrant for failure to pay fines for driving on a suspended license Oct. 19. Rouse was given a court date of Nov. 12.

Theodore Shrout, 54, of Camp, was served a warrant for 1st degree assault Oct. 19. Shrout was released on a $445 bond Oct. 19 and given a court date of Nov. 12.
