Eric Rodgers, 19, of Viola, was arrested Oct. 29 for theft of property and commercial burglary. Rodgers is being held in the Fulton County Jail in lieu of a $55,000 bond.

Larry Willingham, 18, of Salem, was arrested Oct. 29 for theft of property and commercial burglary. Willingham was released from the Fulton County Jail after posting a $5,000 bond Nov. 1.

Shaun Esposito, 19, of Salem, was arrested Oct. 29 for theft of property and commercial burglary. Esposito was released from the Fulton County Jail after posting a $5,000 bond Nov. 1.

Lee Ramey, 41, of Batesville, was arrested Oct. 30 for failure to appear for driving on an expired vehicle license, no liability insurance and no drivers license. Ramey was released on a $885 bond Oct. 30.

Melissa Foster, 36, of Oxford, was arrested Oct. 31 for possession of a controlled substance, public intoxication and fleeing on foot. Foster was transferred to the Izard County Jail Oct. 31.

David Turner, 47, of Camp, was arrested Oct. 31 for driving while intoxicated, careless driving and improper passing. Turner was released on his own recognizance Nov. 1.

Jeremy Wray, 30, of Calico Rock, was arrested Oct. 31 for public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance. Wray is being held in the Fulton County Jail in lieu of a $540 bond and on hold for a probation violation.

Jeffery Helton, 44, of Viola, was arrested Nov. 1 for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Helton was released on a $390 bond Nov. 2.
