Julia Mary Reho, 43, of Salem, was arrested Nov. 3 for forgery in the 2nd degree. Reho made a $96.60 purchase at Miller's Pharmacy Dec. 11, 2007, with one of Martha and Mitch Hamm's checks. According to a clerk at the pharmacy, she didn't question Reho about the check since she knew Reho had dated Mitch Hamm, and they had been seen together more than once in the pharmacy. The two of them were caring for Martha Hamm's business. Her bond is set at $1,500 and her court date is Nov. 24.

Sharla Kay (French) Hall, 26, of Viola, was arrested Nov. 5 for theft of property. Hall is being held in the Izard County Jail.

Jonathon Hall, 26, of Viola, was arrested Nov. 5 for theft of property. Hall is being held in the Fulton County Jail.

Kimberly Allen, 47, of Camp, was arrested Nov. 6 for DWI for drugs, driving on a suspended license, possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and driving left of center. Baker is being held in the Izard County Jail in lieu of a $100,000 bond.

Jason Pittman, 31, of Salem, was arrested Nov. 6 for criminal trespass, disorderly conduct and terroristic threatening. Pittman was released on a $810 bond Nov. 7 and given a court date of Dec. 10.

Joshua Strauser, 26, of Salem, was arrested Nov. 6 for criminal trespassing. Strauser was released on Nov. 7 on a $320 bond and given a court date of Dec. 10.
