Gregory Todd Wildin, 40, of Glencoe, was arrested Oct. 23 on two counts of rape.
In the state of Arkansas, the unlawful engagement in sexual intercourse or sexual activity with someone who is incapable of consent because they are younger than 14-years-old is considered a Class Y felony.
Around the day of his arrest, Wildin, on at least two occasions, instructed a 10-year-old girl to perform sexual acts for him.
The arresting officers were Fulton County Deputy Rhonda Long and Salem Chief of Police Albert Roork.
Wildin is being held in the Fulton County Jail on a bond of $350,000. He is scheduled for an appearance in court Nov. 24.
