Joseph Herron, 27, of Horseshoe Bend, was cited for theft of services Nov. 18 when police received information that Herron had an illegal cable hook-up. Horseshoe Bend Police Chief Fred Mitchell and Lt. Carl Boles were the investigating officers.
Herron, 27, was also arrested Nov. 22 on a warrant out of Lawrence County. Herron bonded and was released. The arresting officers were William Hamrick and Tamara Roberts.
Christopher Sanders, 30, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested Nov. 24 on warrants from Izard and Lawrence counties. An Izard County deputy transported Sanders to the Izard County Jail. A court date was given for the Lawrence County warrant. Tamara Robers and Ben Kittrell were the arresting officers.
Paul Beaver, 25, of Horseshoe Bend, was given a citation Nov. 26 for illegal dumping. Officers located an illegal dumpsite and after further investigation a citation was issued. Lt. Carl Boles was the investigating officer.
