OREGON COUNTY -- A Koshkonong man, Tim King, 37, received serious injuries Dec. 13, when the 2000 Ford Taurus he was driving skidded off the left side of the road, struck an embankment and overturned several times.
King was transported by ambulance to Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains.
The accident happened at 8 p.m. on county road 379 one mile south of Koshkonong. It was investigated by Sgt. Ray Rees with Troop G of the Missouri Highway Patrol.
Three people received serious injuries Dec. 14 at 1:45 a.m. on Highway 160 four miles west of Thomasville.
According to Trooper Michael Hargus, the accident occurred when a 1989 Chevrolet truck driven by Julie Lovelady, 19, of West Plains lost control on a curve and ran off the road stricking a tree. Lovelady received serious injuries in the accident.
Two passengers in the truck, Tosha Gransee, 20, of West Plains and Joshua Stevens, 17, also of West Plains received serious injuries in the accident.
All three were transported by ambulance to Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains.
