Pat Bassham, daughter of the late Frank and Hetty (Tragilles), Bassham was born Dec. 24, 1932, in Flint, Mich. She died Dec. 20, 2008, at her home, at the age of 75.
Pat was united in marriage to Tilmon Hamilton "Duck" Bassham on Dec. 27, 1958, at Flint, and to this union, five children were born. She spent her working years as an assembly line worker for the General Motors Corporation.
She is survived by: her husband, Duck Bassham of Salem, Ark.; two sons, Steven Bassham of Hanford, Calif., and Robert Bassham of Chesening, Mich.; three daughters, Rebecca Smith of Fresno, Calif., Kathlyn Bassham of Owosso, Mich., and Diana Brown of Owosso, Mich.; 10 grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by: her parents; and brother, Thomas Peek.
Funeral services were held Dec. 22 at the Barker Funeral Home Chapel in Salem, Ark., with John Sutton, Kathy Bassham and Rachel Stephens officiating. Interment followed in the Stateline Cemetery at Moko, Ark., under the direction of Barker Funeral Home.
