A Calico Rock man was arrested Jan. 31 was formally charged with use or possession with intent to use drug paraphernalia, a class "C" felony. Donnie Ray Woodcock, 25, was arrested at a residence near Pineville.

A warrant was also served on Woodcock for violating terms of his Arkansas Department of Correction probation/parole. Woodcock remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of a $25,000 bond set by Judge David Miller. Sheriff Tate Lawrence said that Woodcock is also subject to a Department of Correction hold.

Sean Christopher Savage, 37, of Melbourne, following a Feb. 1 disturbance and altercation, was arrested on charges of criminal trespass, battery third degree, endangering the welfare of a minor, assault third degree and obstructing governmental operation. Sheriff Tate Lawrence said bond was posted Feb. 3 in the in amount of $4,525 and Savage was released.

Danny Gene Franks Jr., 31, of Melbourne was arrested Jan. 26 on charges of reckless driving and fleeing on foot. Franks posted bond in the amount of $510 and given a court date

Antonio Sanchez IV, 19, of Pineville was arrested Feb. 1 on charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Sanchez posted bond that same day in the amount of $410 and was released

In other sheriff's related activity, Morgan Lynn Campbell, 19, of Searcy was arrested Feb. 2 on charges to include public intoxication, disorderly conduct and driving on a suspended license. Campbell was released later the same day after posting bond in the amount of $1,015.

Joseph Anthony Gaston, 24, of Pineville was arrested Feb. 2 on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct. Gaston later posted bond in the amount of $410 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Justin Allen Janson, 23, of Pineville was arrested Feb. 1 on charges of disorderly conduct and public intoxication. Janson posted bond the same day in the amount of $410 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.
