Wesley Blake Fisk, 53, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance (oxycodone and marijuana). He was sentenced to serve 120 months in the Arkansas Department of Correction and pay court costs and fees.

Farrel A. Stark, 44, pled guilty to second degree murder. He was sentenced to 20 years in the Arkansas Department of Correction and ordered to pay court costs and other fees.

Thomas Guerber, had charges against him dropped when a motion for nolle prosequi was made.

James Levi Sanders, had charges dropped at the request of the victim after a motion for nolle prosequi was made.

Bennie Lee Coyle, had charges against him dropped when a motion for nolle prosequi was made.

Matthew Taylor, pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to serve 120 months concurrently with Independence County in the Arkansas Department of Correction. He was also ordered to pay court costs and fees.

Jonathan Lee Hall, 26, had two counts of first degree criminal mischief and a charge of manufacture of alcohol dismissed when a motion for nolle prosequi was made. However, the charges against him for theft of property, furnishing prohibited articles and 16 counts of second degree forgery were still held against him. He pled guilty to the charges and was sentenced to 60 months in the Arkansas Department of Correction and ordered to pay a fine of $1,500, court costs and fees and $1,000 in restitution. He, along with Sharla Kay French Hall, his co-defendant in the 16 forgery counts, must also pay $711.35 in restitution. Sharla Hall pled guilty to forgery and was sentenced to 72 months in the Arkansas Department of Correction.
