Bo Ann Gleghorn of Salem, Ark., daughter of the late Jesse Adrian Adams and Anice Evelyn Swope Adams, was born Feb. 16, 1938, in Thayer, Mo. She died March 22, 2009, at her home in Salem, Ark., at the age of 71.
She was married to James D. Gleghorn on Jan. 10, 1960, at Thayer, Mo.
She, along with her husband, owned and operated Gleghorn Meat Processing in Salem, Ark., for many years. She was a member of the American Association of Meat Processors and she was a past vice president of the Arkansas Meat Processers and Locker Association. She was a member of Salem First Baptist Church.
Survivors include: her husband, James D. Gleghorn of Salem; her son, Michael Gleghorn of Jonesboro, Ark.; her daughter, Bolinda Gleghorn of West Plains, Mo.; her sister, Betty Jean Crossland of Monette, Mo.; and a host of other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother.
Funeral services were held March 25 at the Salem First Baptist Church. Burial followed at the Humphries Cemetery near Salem, with arrangements under the direction of the Cox-Blevins Funeral Home of Salem.
