Brian Shackleford, 38, of Hardy, was arrested March 11 on a warrant for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, use or possession with the intent to use drug paraphernalia and habitual offender. Shackelford was transferred to Sobriety Living.

James Parrish, 25, of Salem, was arrested March 11 for body attachment for failure to pay child support. Parrish is being held in jail in lieu of a $4,070.69 bond.

Robert Bonds, 58, of Salem, was arrested March 14 for theft of property. Bonds is being held in the Fulton County Jail in lieu of a $10,000 bond.

William Chilcutt, 51, of Salem, was arrested March 18 on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance, use or possession with the intent to use drug paraphernalia, possession of a prescription narcotic drug outside of the container it was dispensed and habitual offender. Chilcutt is being held in the Fulton County Jail in lieu of a $101, 280 bond.

Zaughnty Drown, 41, of Bartlet, Tenn., was arrested March 19 for public intoxication. Drown was released from the Fulton County Jail March 20 on a $220 bond.

Chad Franklin, 35, of Salem, was arrested March 21 for DWI, driving on a suspended license and leaving the scene of an accident. It was also discovered he had a warrant out of California for dangerous drugs and another warrant from Missouri for parole violation. Franklin is being held in the Fulton County Jail waiting extradition to Missouri.
