OREGON COUNTY -- Three Alton residents, two of them teenagers, were injured in a one-vehicle accident March 29.
According to Trooper D.A. Huffman with Troop G of the Missouri Highway Patrol, the accident occurred eight miles east of Alton on County Road 104 at 9:10 p.m.
The trooper reported the accident occurred when a 1999 Ford Explorer driven by Rebecca Terrill, 22, of Alton, ran off the left side of the roadway and struck an embankment.
Terrill was transported to Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains by Oregon County Ambulance.
Passengers in the Terrill vehicle, Justin Agers, 12, and Timothy Agers, 14, were also injured in the accident.
Justin was taken by Oregon County Ambulance to Ozarks Medical Center and Timothy was taken by private vehicle to Ozarks Medical Center.
Only the driver, Terrill, was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
