Fulton County Sheriff's Report

Those who are in custody prior to the week of report with no change of status are James Parrish and William Chilcutt.

Fulton County crime report:

Eddy Fletcher, 48, of Salem, was sentenced March 16 to the Arkansas Department of Correction. Fletcher was transferred to DOC March 31.

Glen Carroll, 43, of Mammoth Spring, was sentenced March 16 to the Arkansas Department of Corrections. Carroll was transferred to DOC March 31.

Chad Franklin, 35, of Salem, was arrested March 21 for DWI, driving on a suspended drivers license and leaving the scene of an accident. Franklin also had warrants out of California for danderous drugs and in Missouri for a parole violation. Franklin was extradited to Missouri March 31.

Tommy Rodgers, 40, of Viola, was arrested March 29 for disorderly conduct. Rodgers was released on bond March 30.

Juan Hernandez, 32, of Salem, was arrested March 29 for disorderly conduct. Hernandez was released from the Fulton County Jail March 30 on a $170 bond.

Zach Walters, 20, of Cherokee Village, was arrested April 1 on warrants for possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Walters is being held in the Fulton County Jail in lieu of a $50,000 bond.

Lee Sisco, 23, of Ash Flat, was arrested April 1 on warrants for possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Sisco is being held in the Fulton County Jail in lieu of a $50,000 bond.

Darren Burch, of Salem, was sent to the Fulton County Jail April 1 waiting transfer to the Arkansas Department of Corrections.

Randy Sneed Jr., 26, of Cherokee Village, was ordered April 3 to the Fulton County Jail to serve 72 hours for failure to pay child support.

Jose Cabrera, 27, of Salem, was arrested April 4 for aggravated assault and two counts of child endangerment. Cabrera is being held in the Fulton County Jail.

Larry Willingham, 20, of Salem, was arrested April 4 for driving on a suspended license and no insurance. Willingham is being held in the Fulton County Jail in lieu of a $490 bond.
