Amy Estelle Counts became the bride of Mitchell Dewayne Luman in a double ring ceremony held Nov. 29, 2008, on the grounds of the historic Kyle House in Bryan, Texas, The bride is the daughter of Jim and Diane Counts of Hardy.
The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Dewayne Luman of Bryan, Texas. The Rev. Anita Greene pastor of Houston, Texas performed the ceremony.
Amy Horton of Sachse, Texas was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Tricia Jordan and Kara McEntire of Hardy, Ark. Nathan Luman, brother of the groom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Justin Mills, cousin of the groom, of Rockwall, Texas and Arturo Delgado, friend of the groom, of Bryan, Texas. Ushers were Colby Jordan of Hardy and Kenneth Luman of Carthage, Texas.
The bride's parents hosted the wedding reception, which followed, in the Kyle House.
The bride graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2003 and with a master's degree in 2008. She is currently employed by the Bryan Independent School District. The bridegroom graduated from Bryan High School in 2001 and is a journeyman plumber for REC Industries in College Station, Texas.
Following a wedding trip to San Antonio, the couple will reside in Bryan.
