Sherry L. Brown Anderson, 44, was found guilty of theft of property, drinking in public and second degree criminal impersonation. She was sentenced to 48 months probation and ordered to pay a $500 fine, $150 court cost, $250 public defender fee and $760 in restitution to Mary Jo Clark.

Ronald Gene Mobley, 53, was found guilty of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and no liability insurance. He had a charge of no vehicle license nolle prosequed. He was sentenced to 240 months probation and ordered to pay a $3,500 fine, $150 court cost, $125 drug crime special assessment, and $20 booking and administrative fee.

Galen Ray Phelps, 54, was found guilty of possession of a controlled substance, methodone. He was sentenced to 60 months probation and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine, $150 court cost, $250 DNA sample fee, $125 drug crime special assessment, $20 booking and administrative fee and $250 public defender fee.

Melissa L. Sisco, 23, was found guilty of theft of property, second degree forgery and fraudulent use of a credit or debit card. She was sentenced to 180 months probation and ordered to pay a $2,500 fine, $150 court cost, $250 DNA sample fee, $20 booking and administrative fee, $250 public defender fee and $1,540 in restitution to Jamie Gould and FNBC.

Nicole Lee Anthony, 39, was found guilty of theft of property-two counts, fraudulent use of a credit card, second degree forgery, theft of property and unauthorized use of a vehicle. She was sentenced to 312 months probation and ordered to pay a $2,000 fine, $150 court cost, $250 DNA sample fee, $20 booking and administrative fee, $250 public defender fee and restitution of $5,411.44 to Verna Schwarting (2,111), Iberia Bank Acct. 09-00284 ($2,970.69), Brenda Dissinger ($329.75).

Earl Glen Carroll Jr., 42, was found guilty of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 192 months in the Department of Corrections and ordered to pay a $250 fine, $150 court cost, $250 DNA sample fee, $125 drug crime special assessment, $250 public defender fee and $20 booking and administrative fee.

Cheri Regina Motes, 44, was found guilty of possession of an instrument of crime, careless and prohibited driving, DWI and refusing a breath test. She was sentenced to 12 months probation and ordered to pay a $1,000 fine, $150 court cost and $20 booking and administrative fee.

Larry Gene Busch, 54, was found guilty of second degree criminal mischief. He was ordered to pay a $500 fine, $150 court cost, $20 booking and administrative fee and ordered to pay $100 in restitution to Jim's Pawn Shop.

Juanita J. Cooper, 46, was found guilty of theft of property and sentenced to 60 months probation. She was ordered to pay a $1,000 fine, $150 court cost, $250 DNA sample fee, $250 public defender fee, $20 booking and administrative fee and $5,895 in restitution to Universal Motors.

Shawn Michael Lewis, 29, was found guilty of second degree escape. He was sentenced as a habitual offender to 72 months to run consecutively with his current prison sentence, totaling 120 months. He was ordered to pay a $250 fine, $150 court cost and $20 booking and administrative fee.

Don E. England, 25, was found guilty of second degree sexual assault on a probation revocation. He was sentenced to 72 months in the Department of Corrections and ordered to pay a $1,500 fine, $150 court cost, $250 DNA sample fee, $20 booking and administrative fee and $250 public defender fee.
