Joey Ray Horn, 38, of Gainesville, Mo., was arrested July 12 on felony charges of criminal attempt to commit residential burglary. Horn remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $50,000 bond.
Roy Madison Hurts, 41, of Oxford and James Lee Boverhoff, 37, of Oxford were arrested July 13 on federal warrants. Hurst and Boverhoff were transported to Batesville where Izard County authorities were met by U.S. Marshalls who took custody of the two.
Jacob Dale Langston, 21, of Calico Rock appeared in court July 12 and tested positive for a controlled substance resulting in his bond being revoked. Langston remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.
Leroy Charley Parker, 35, of Calico Rock was arrested on a warrant charging him with cruelty to animals. Parker posted in the amount of $250 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.
Gwendolyn Paterson, 51, of Calico Rock was arrested July 16 on a social host charge after a neighborhood disturbance involving an intoxicated juvenile male who was living with her. Patterson posted bond in the amount of $500 and was released from the Izard County Jail.
Etta Carr Smallwood, 65, was arrested July 15 on the charge of disorderly conduct after deputies responded to her resident near Violet Hill. Smallwood was released the following day and given a court date.
Joseph Christopher McCoy was arrested July 14 on domestic battering charges. McCoy was later released and given a court date.
Carol A. Reese, 37, of Batesville was arrested July 17 on charges to include driving while intoxicated, possession of a controlled substance and speeding. Reese was released the following day from the Izard County Detention Facility after posting bond in the amount of $2,520
Amanda Kay Branscum, 23, of Mountain view was arrested July 12 on the charge of public intoxication. Branscum posted bond the following day in the amount of $205 and was released.
