A Melbourne man out of jail on bond is back in jail on charges of criminal mischief-second degree. Shelby Joe Roddy, 18, was arrested Thursday accused of damaging an Izard County Road Department grader by throwing a rock through the glass of the cab department. Damage is estimated to be $650. At the time of Roddy's arrest, he was on felony bond for previous charges of residential breaking and entering along with theft of property. Roddy's circuit court bond was revoked and he remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.
Mary Ellen Williamson, 51, of Melbourne was arrested Saturday afternoon on charges of driving while intoxicated, careless driving and having no seat belt. Williamson later posted bond in the amount of $1,240 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.
Michelle Candise Foster, 28, of Calico Rock was arrested Friday on a Texas warrant. Foster remains in the Izard County Detention Facility awaiting extradition by Texas authorities.
Allen D. Stamper, 35, of Calico Rock was arrested Sunday night following a domestic altercation involving his wife who had visible signs of abuse. Stamper was charged with domestic battery in the third degree and remains the Izard County Detention Facility.
Michael Leland Meaders, 24, of Evening Shade was arrested Saturday on a child support enforcement warrant. Meaders is in the Izard County Detention Facility on a no bond status.
Jimmy Lane Wicoff, 53, of Melbourne was arrested on alcohol related charges Aug. 11. Wicoff appeared in court where he was fined and released
Clinton James Tinin, 24, of Calico Rock was arrested Aug. 10 on charges of contempt of court and failure to appear. In a court appearance Aug. 13, Tinin was sentenced to seven days in jail.
