Zach Walters, 20, of Cherokee Village was arrested on warrants on April 1 for possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance (methamphetamine). Walters was transferred to the Department of Corrections (DOC) on Sept 11.

Russ (Neil) McMurtrey, 33, of Mammoth Spring was arrested on June 23 on bond revocation. McMurtey received an additional charge on July 15 for furnishing prohibited articles. McMurtey was transferred to the DOC on Sept. 11.

Eric Rodgers, 19, of Viola was arrested on June 25 on warrant for petition for revocation and sexual assault in the second degree. Rodgers was transferred to the DOC on Sept. 11.

Emmanual Eugene, 44, of Kansas City, Kan., was arrested for DWI (drugs and marijuana), possession of a controlled substance and possession of instrument of crime on Sept. 6. Eugene was released from Fulton County Jail on Sept. 9 on $1,475 bond.

Chad Thaller, 21, of O'Dessa, Mo., was arrested for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and resisting arrest on Sept. 6. Thaller was released from Fulton County Jail on Sept. 7 on $1,000 bond.

Michael Standrod, 33, of Greenwoods, Miss., was arrested on warrant on Sept. 8 for revocation of bond. Standrod is being held in Hinds County Jail in Mississippi awaiting extradition to Fulton County Jail in lieu of $2,000.

Richard Pike of Mammoth Spring was arrested for public intoxication on Sept. 8. Pike was released on his own recognizance on Sept. 8.

Jesse Goodson, 52, of Ash Flat was arrested for disorderly conduct on Sept. 10. Goodson was released from the Fulton County Jail Sept. 10.

Jeff Smith, 46, of El Dorado, Mo., was arrested for public intoxication Sept. 11. Smith was released from the Fulton County Jail Sept. 12 on $240 bond.

Ed Roach, 62, of Salem was arrested for public intoxication, criminal impersonation and disorderly conduct on Sept. 11. Roach was released from Fulton County Jail on Sept. 12 on $750 bond.

Matt Thompson, 27, of Salem was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct on Sept. 13. Thompson was being held in Fulton County Jail as of press time.
