Police Chief David Bailey

Patrick S. Sims, 18, of Thayer, was cited Oct. 20 for failing to stop for a school bus.

Benjamin C. Matthews, 30, of Willow Springs, was arrested Oct. 20 for having one working headlight and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $524.

James N. Brown, 61, of Thayer, was arrested Oct. 23 for three counts of first-degree child molestation, a Class B felony. Bond was set at $100,000.
