Christie Ochoa, was involved in a one-vehicle accident on Pinto Lane Oct. 28. Ochoa was transported to the Fulton County Hospital for treatment of her injuries. Patrolman Ben Kittrell was the investigating officer.

Denise McMahon, 43, of Ash Flat, was arrested and charged with DWI and refusal to take a breathalyzer test Oct. 28. Officers Shane Boles and Ben Kittrell were the investigating officers.

Steven Tate, 28, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested Oct. 29 on two warrants out of Horseshoe Bend for failure to pay fines and failure to appear. Tate also had warrants out of Baxter County. Patrolman Ben Kittrell was the arresting officer.

Tori Reilly, 32, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested Oct. 31 and charged with disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, third-degree domestic battery and criminal trespass. Officers Shane Boles and James Davis were the arresting officers.

Martin Vidrine, 46, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested Nov. 3 on Horseshoe Bend warrants for criminal trespass and criminal mischief in the second-degree. The charges stem from a vandalism complaint on Primrose Lane on Oct. 20. Chief Fred Mitchell Jr. and Lt. Carl Boles were the investigating officers.

Tori Reiley, 32, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested Nov. 3 on two Horseshoe Bend warrants both of which were for third-degree battery. Lt. Carl Boles and Patrolman Ben Kittrell were the arresting officers.

Robin Davis, of Glencoe, was arrested Nov. 3 on a Horseshoe Bend warrant for failure to appear. Patrolman Ben Kittrell was the arresting officer.

Susan Melissa Conaway, 46, of Haysi, Va., was arrested Nov. 6 for theft of property. Conaway allegedly stole three credit cards and jewelry from a Horseshoe Bend resident. Officer Shane Boles was the investigating officer.
