Barbara Buck, 64, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested Nov. 10 on a warrant for harassing communications. Buck was released on an own recognizance bond the same day.
George Miller, 44, of Horseshoe Bend, was cited Nov. 15 for careless driving, driving on a suspended license and failure to remain at the scene of an accident. Miller lost control of his 1994 Ford F-150 on Catbird Drive and ended up in Pioneer Lake.
James Holloway, 39, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested Nov. 17 and charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and possessing an instrument of crime. The arrest took place after Horseshoe Bend Police were called out to investigate a report of a knife being pulled on someone. Chief Fred Mitchell Jr. and Lt. Carl Boles were the investigating officers.
