Robin Eldried, 22, of Oxford, was driving on State Highway 354 Nov. 26 in a 2003 Chevrolet Z71 when an accident occurred around 9:30 a.m. about 1.9 miles east of the intersection of State Highways 9 and 354. Eldried was traveling east on the highway and lost control of her vehicle while negotiating a curve. The vehicle ran off the west bound side of the highway and struck a tree. Braxton Eldried, a passenger, was taken to the Fulton County Hospital for treatment of injuries. The driver was charged with careless and prohibited driving. The investigating trooper was Brandon J. Cook.
