Jimmy Smith, 26, of Williford was arrested Dec. 3 for jail time until payment of fines is met.

Nicolas McClure, 20, of Hardy was arrested Dec. 3 for 30 days jail time.

Lonny Williams, 67, of Ash Flat was arrested Dec. 3 for DWI.

David Jones, 29, of Moulton, Ala., was arrested Dec. 3 for driving on suspended license.

Chad Croney, 23, of Poughkeepsie was arrested Dec. 5 on a warrant for two counts of failure to appear and criminal mischief.

Pamela Shepherd, 43, of Gassville was arrested Dec. 6 for driving on a suspended license, speeding and a on Baxter County warrant.

Gary Wayne Butler, 42, of Ash Flat was arrested Dec. 7 on a warrant from Baxter County and a warrant from Lawrence County.

James Wingard, 43, of Ash Flat was arrested Dec. 7 for refusing a BAC test, DWI II and driving on a suspended license for DWI.

Gary Keith Lamb, 46, of West Plains was arrested Dec. 8 on a warrant for a hot check violation.

Teresa Mae Tapp, 46, of Williford was arrested Dec. 10 for domestic battery.
