The Mammoth Spring Garden Club has been dedicated towards helping the Mammoth Spring community stay attractive to tourists since its founding in 1937.

As the Grand Marshalls for the Mammoth Spring Christmas Parade, they are being honored for such dedication to the city.

The Garden Club is responsible for acquiring the caboose at the Mammoth Spring State Park and the restoration of it, building the Mammoth Spring Volunteer Fire Department in 1986 and renovating the old St. Andrew's Episcopal Church-Community Auditorium. They are also responsible for sprucing up the city.

In addition to being this year's Grand Marshalls for the Christmas Parade, the Garden Club also hosted a reception following the Home Tour on Dec. 6 in St. Andrew's Episcopal Church. The Friday before the event, Garden Club members could been seen decorating the church for the reception.

The Garden Club is also selling handmade floral decorations at the Welcome Center at the Mammoth Spring State Park for those looking for Christmas presents.
