Rex Allen Foster, 42, had a petition to revoke probation withdrawn and was charged with two counts of taking of property. He was sentenced to 144 months in the Department of Correction and was ordered to pay a court cost of $150 and other fees.

Andrew House had a petition to revoke probation withdrawn.

Robert Lynn Bonds, 58, negotiated a plea of guilty or nolo contedere for felon in possession of a firearm, residential burglary and taking of property. He was sentenced to serve 36 months concurrenty at a regional punishment facility and ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and a $150 court cost and other fees.

David Allen Hightower, 26, negotiated a plea of guilty or nolo contendere to taking of property and commercial burglary. He was sentenced to served 60 months concurrently in the Department of Correction and ordered to pay a $300 court cost and restitution in the amount of $260 to Jack's Carpet Store.

Bria D. Shackelford, 39, negotiated a plea of guilty or nolo contendere to possession of a controlled substance (meth) and a subsequent offense of possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to 72 months in the Department of Correction and ordered to pay a $1,500 fine and a $150 court cost and other fees.

Stacy C. Wright, had charges of attempting to manufacture a controlled substance (marijuana), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana moved from Class D and C felonies to a Class A misdemeanor. He entered a guilty plea to two counts of possession of an instrument of crime, a Class A misdemeanor and was sentenced to pay $150 in court costs and a $5,000 fine and other fees.

Leslie Diane McMurtrey had a charge of furnishing prohibited articles moved from a Class C felony to a Class C misdemeanor. She entered a plea of guilty to obstruction of governmental operations, a Class C misdemeanor and was sentenced to pay a court cost of $150 and a $1,000 fine along with other fees.

Gary L. Owens Jr., 28, had the charge of residential burglary moved from a Class B felony to a Class B misdemeanor. He entered a plea of guilty to criminal trespassing and third-degree battery. He was sentenced to pay a $150 court cost and a fine of $500 along with other fees. He will be sentenced to one year in the county jail -- suspended upon condition of payment of costs and fines on or before Dec. 7, 2010 and upon the condition that he does not commit any offense punishable by imprisonment for one year. Owens also negotiated a plea of guilty or nolo contendere to first-degree battery and was sentenced to pay a $1,500 fine, $150 in court costs and restitution of $4,000 to the Fulton County Sheriff's Department and Albert Hobbs.

Alan W. Theimer made a plea agreement and pleaded guilty to DWI and was sentenced to pay a fine of $1,000 and pay a $150 court cost and other fees. Theimer will be on probation for one year and he must complete the outpatient substance abuse program until he is released by the program counselor. The court declined to prosecute him on the charge of possession of a firearm by certain persons pursuant to the plea agreement.

Venita J. Hagler had the charge of hindering apprehension moved from a Class C felony to a Class A misdemeanor. She pleaded guilty to obstructing governmental operations and was sentenced to pay a court cost of $150 and a fine of $500 and other fees. She will be sentenced to one year in the cournty jail -- suspended upon condition of payment of costs and fines on or before Dec. 7, 2010, and upon the condition that she does not commit any offense punishable by imprisonment for one year.
