Ashley Shierling, 28, of Cherokee Village was arrested on Dec. 3 for shoplifting.

Jimmy Smith, 26, of Williford was arrested Dec. 3 and sentenced to jail time until payment of fines is met.

Nicholas McClure, 20, of Hardy was arrested on Dec. 3 and sentenced to 30 days in jail.

David Jones, 29, of Moulton, Ala., was arrested on Dec. 3 for driving on suspended.

Lonny Williams, 67, of Ash Flat was arrested on Dec. 3 for DWI.

Chad Croney, 23, of Poughkeepsie was arrested on Dec. 5 for a warrant for failure to pay x2 and criminal mischief.

Pamela Shepherd, 43, of Gassville was arrested on Dec. 6 for driving on suspended, speeding and on a Baxter County warrant.

Gary Wayne Butler, 42, of Ash Flat was arrested on Dec. 7 for a Baxter warrant and a Lawrence County warrant.

James Wingard, 43, of Ash Flat was arrested on Dec. 7 for refused BAC test, DWI-II, driving on suspended for DWI.

Gary Keith Lamb, 46, West Plains was arrested on Dec. 9 on a warrant for hot check violation.

Teresa Mae Tap, 46, Williford was arrested on Dec. 10 for domestic battery.
