Raymond James Frost, 19, negotiated a plea of guilty to commercial burglary and was given a probation period of 60 months. He was sentenced to pay $2,500 in fines, $150 court cost and other fees along with a restitution on $3,500 to Harbour Cycles.

Ronald E. Brown, 38, negotiated a plea of guilty to possession of roxicodone, possession of hydrocodone, possession of a narcotic outside the prescription bottle and endangering the welfare of a minor. He was given a probation period of a total of 96 months. He was also sentenced to pay $2,500 in fines, $150 court cost and other fees.

Robert Shane Carpenter, 35, negotiated a plea of guilty to leaving the scene of an accident with physical injury and theft by receiving. He was sentenced to serve 24 months in a regional punishment facility and to pay $150 court cost, other fees and a restitution of $394.92 to the North Arkansas Electric Cooperative.

Lawrence W. Goodin III, 34, negotiated a plea of guilty to felon in possession of a firearm. He was sentenced to served 36 months in the Department of Correction and ordered to pay $150 in court cost and other fees.

Charles Russell Earle Jr., 57, negotiated a plea of guilty to use or possession with the intent to use drug paraphernalia. He was sentenced to serve 60 months concurrently in the Department of Correction and ordered to pay a $1,500 fine, $150 in court costs and other fees.

Lisa Dixon, 43, negotiated a plea of guilty to delivery of a controlled substance (hydrocodone). She was sentenced to serve 18 months concurrently at a regional punishment facility. She was ordered to pay a fine of $1,500 and a court cost of $300 along with other fees.
