John B. Curtis, 39, of Hardy was arrested Feb. 6 for DWI, no insurance, driving on a suspended for DWI and improper lane change.

Gary Lee Kelly, 35, of Cave City was arrested Feb. 6 for DWI, domestic battery III and obstruction of governmental operations.

Jason Madrid Jones, 29, of Cherokee Village was arrested Feb. 6 for warranted arrest on a Cherokee Village warrant for failure to appear.

Amanda Nichole Kirkman, 30, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested Feb. 6 possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance, marijuana, a class C felony.

Tommy Ray Gossett, 37, of Evening Shade was arrested Feb. 7 for warranted arrest on 2 counts of failure to pay and one count of failure to appear.

Holli Beth Faigle, 36, of Horseshoe Bend, was arrested Feb. 7 on a Fulton County warrant for possession of an instrument of crime, possession of a controlled substance and DWI.

James Clinton Bates, 48, of Williford was arrested Feb. 7 for DWI drugs, possession of a controlled substance and driving left of center.

Shari Jo Bates, 45, of Williford was arrested Feb. 7 for possession of a controlled substance.

Bernard Dale Boyd, 40, of Smithville, was arrested Feb. 8 for domestic battery.

Judy Joan Thomas, 49, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested Feb. 8 for DWI #2, careless and prohibited driving and failure to notify for change of address on driver's license.

Frank Aviles, 33, of Cherokee Village was arrested Feb. 8 for domestic violence, possession of a controlled substance and disorderly conduct.

Rory Nathan Johnson, 26, of Hardy was arrested Feb. 8 on a felony warrant for violation of probation, residental burglary and theft of property.

Kevin Dale Williams, 38, of Cave City was arrested Feb. 8 for DWI-1 and careless and prohibited driving.

Leslie Dicus, 29, of Newport was arrested Feb. 10 for a Jackson County warrant.

Amanda M. Foster, 28, of Newport was arrested Feb. 10 for a Jackson County warrant.

Mark Richard Seeley, 50, of Hardy was arrested Feb. 10 for public intoxication.

Isaac Braxton Forehand, 40 of Ash Flat was arrested Feb. 10 on a Sharp County warrant for hot checks.

Rickey Eugene McComas, 57, of Ash Flat was arrested Feb. 11 for possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and possession of an instrument of crime.

Brent James Campbell, 22, of Williford was arrested Feb. 11 for obstructing governmental operations, driving on a suspended, no seat belt, no insurance, and a Lawrence County warrant for failure to appear.

David Matthew Bates, 26, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested Feb. 11 on a bench warrant for theft by receiving, failure to appear and fleeing on foot.

Cory Lee Rainwater, 25, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested Feb. 11 on a warrant for failure to pay time payments and driving on a suspended.

Sarah Marie Estes, 34, of Ash Flat was arrested Feb. 11 on a Craighead County warrant for failure to appear.
