The theme of this year's event is Hunt, Conserve and Share.
Funds raised from the auction will be used to support conservation and youth projects locally and nationally.
This year all the items in the auction are American made and will be available for viewing when the gates open at 5:30 p.m. The barbecue dinner starts at 7:30 p.m., with the auction, called by Billy Sexton, to start thereafter. Tickets and sponsorships are available from chapter members, or you can go by Alan Carlton's Barber Shop in the Parkway Shopping Center, or call Brad McKee at 417-270-0278, Bill Freeman at 417-593-0884.
