Payne -- Cochran

Matthew Cochran, son of Mickey and Peggy Cochran of Wheeling, and Staci Payne, daughter of Karen Payne of Viola, announce their upcoming marriage. Vows will be exchanged Saturday,  March 20, at Viola Assembly of God in Viola, Ark.

A reception will follow at the  Hickinbotham-Miller Exhibit building in Salem, Ark.
