Get absentee ballots for April 6 election

Absentee ballots for the April 6 municipal general election are available in the county clerk's office in the Oregon County Courthouse at Alton.

Absentee voting may be done in person or by mail.

Residents wanting to vote in person can do so at the county clerk's office from 8 a.m. until noon, and 1 p.m. until 4 p.m.

Requests for an absentee ballot by mail can be made in person, by a guardian or by a relative within the second degree.
