Absentee voting may be done in person or by mail.
Residents wanting to vote in person can do so at the county clerk's office from 8 a.m. until noon, and 1 p.m. until 4 p.m.
Requests for an absentee ballot by mail can be made in person, by a guardian or by a relative within the second degree.
