THAYER LADY BOBCATS: With a 62-53 overtime victory over Hartville March 6, the Lady Cats claimed the Class 2 District 2 Tournament title. The victory over the Lady Eagles also gave Thayer a berth in the state playoffs, where the Lady Bobcats were pitted against Neelyville in the sectional round March 10 in Poplar Bluff.
