Jacqulyn Ruth Krepps and Robert Eugene Mullins were united in marriage with a private ceremony on May 5, on the beach in Panama City Beach, Fla. On May 15, 2010 (the original wedding date) the couple repeated their vows in a formal ceremony with family and friends on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, Fla. at sunset. The two ceremonies are a result of concerns for not being able to have a May 15 beach wedding due to the recent oil spill in the Gulf.
Jacqulyn is the daughter of Jack and Linda Krepps of Batesville, Ark. She is a 1988 graduate of Highland High School in Hardy, Ark., and received her Masters of Science in Education from Arkansas State University.
Robert is the son of Donna Mullins of Pensacola, Fla.. He is a 1983 graduate of Crestview High School in Crestview, Fla. and received his Bachelors of Computer Science from the University of West Fla..
At the private ceremony, Cheryl Phelps Galbreath and Cameron Phelps Pogue of Panama City Beach, FLA. were the attendants. In the formal ceremony, for Jacqulyn were Maid of Honor, Cheryl Phelps Galbreath of Panama City Beach, Fla. Matron of Honor, Teresa Harris of Cave City, Ark, and Bridesmaid, Ginger Garner of Collierville Tenn., For Robert, his brother Paul Mullins of South Port, Fla. served as his Best Man, and Groomsmen were Donnie Hall of Cocoa Beach, Fla. and Jarrod Krepps (brother of the bride) of Cherokee Village, Ark.. Robert escorted his mother and niece down the aisle. The bride's mother was escorted by Jonathan Krepps (brother of the bride) of Batesville, Ark. A catered reception followed the ceremony in the Island Room at the Best Western Beachfront just off the beach where the ceremony took place. Jay Ford, of Collierville, Tenn., was the disk jockey for the ceremony and reception. The couple has their home in Holt, Fla..
