Jeremy S. Mitchener, 17, of Alton was not wearing a seatbelt when he suffered minor injuries in a crash July 13 on U. S. Highway 160, just six miles east of Alton. Mitchener lost control of his eastbound 2004 Ford 150 pick up, ran off the road and overturned. He was taken to Ozarks Medical Center, where he was treated and released. Cpl. J. C. Howell was the investigating officer.
Jody D. Little, 43, of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, suffered moderate injuries when he lost control of his 2010 Harley Davidson motorcycle while riding along State Highway 99 at the intersection with U. S. Highway 160, about two miles south of Thomasville. Little was thrown from the motorcycle and landed on the roadway. He was transported by Air Evac to St. John's Regional Hospital in Springfield, Mo. Trooper D. A. Huffman was the investigating officer.
On July 26, a 2005 Ford driven by Elizabeth M. Nessling, 16, of Thayer was traveling westbound on V Highway approximately four miles west of Myrtle when the vehicle ran off the roadway and overturned.
Nessling suffered minor injuries and was transported by ambulance to Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains.
