Quilt Donation

The Piecemakers who quilt in Thayer, Mo., donated 27 quilts of various sizes and 108 stuffed Teddy bears to the Fulton County ambulance service. The quilts are to be used for fundraisers for the ambulance service and the Teddy bears will be used for special needs involving the ambulances. Not available for pictures were Terry Franke, Nel Mitchell, Kathy Alberts and Vera Martin. The Piecemakers meet at St. Paul Methodist Church every Thursday from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Everyone is welcome. Bring your sewing machine and all your supplies for your project, your lunch and enjoy. The Piecemakers create all types of projects including stuffed bears, wall hangings, quilted jackets, purses and all kinds of quilt techniques are taught.
