Jeff Bennett, 46, of Hardy was arrested Aug. 31 for domestic battery. Bennett was released on Sept. 7 after posting a $5,000 bond.

William Irvin, 58, of Paragould was arrested Sept. 4 for DWI (drugs). Irvin was released on Sept. 6 on a $2,235 bond.

George Brewer, 39, of Cord was arrested Sept. 5 for public intoxication, resisting arrest and no seat belt. Brewer is also facing additional felony drug charges. He was released on Sept. 9 after posting a $25,985 bond.

John Hershelman, 50, of Newark was arrested Sept. 5 for DWI drugs), possession of an instrument of crime and no seat belt. Hershelman is also facing additional felony drug charges. He was released on Sept. 7 after posting a $26,240 bond.

Thomas Smith, 19, of Licking, Mo., was arrested Sept. 8 for drinking in public plus charges pending. Smith is being held at the Izard County Detention Facility.

Brittany Burch, 23, of Fayetteville was arrested on Sept. 9 for DWI (drugs), no driver's license, endangering the welfare of a minor and driving too fast for conditions.

Leah Burch, 21, of Salem, was arrested Sept. 10 for public intoxication, contributing to the delinquency of a minor, possessing drug paraphernalia and aiding and abetting a felon. Burch is being held without bond.

Michael Miller, 32, of Salem was arrested Sept. 9 on bond revocation. Miller is being held in the Fulton County Jail without bond.

Daniel Rettew, 33, of Glencoe was arrested on Sept. 10 with charges pending. Rettew is being held in the Fulton County Jail without bond.

Patrick McNealy, 20, of Gwen, Ark., was arrested Sept. 10 with charges pending. McNealy is being held in the Fulton County Jail without bond.

Kimberly Evans, 45, of Salem was arrested Sept. 11 for possession of a controlled substance, possessing an instrument of crime and criminal impersonation. Evans is being held in the Sharp County Jail in lieu of a $1,010 bond.
