Two Oregon County teens were sent to the hospital on Thanksgiving with injuries, following a one-vehicle crash on Highway M, three miles south of Rover.
At 6:55 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 25, a 1995 Toyota Avalon driven by Dexter L. Durbin, 16, of Alton was northbound on Highway M when the vehicle left the roadway, struck two road signs and a concrete bridge.
Durbin was transported to Ozarks Medical Center in West Plains with minor injuries. Passenger Cory S. Adams, 17, of Koshkonong was transported to Ozarks Medical Center with serious injuries. Sgt. D.D. Finley was the investigating officer. The patrol reports Durbin was wearing a seat belt; Adams was not.
