Debra Ann Carroll, 48, has been sentenced to 120 months in a correction facility after Judge Tim Weaver accepted a plea agreement. Weaver dismissed a charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver. Carroll pled guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Carroll was assessed $895 in court costs and fees.

Earl Glenn Carroll, 44, has been sentenced to 240 months in a correction facility. Carroll, who was originally charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, pled guilty to Possession of Drug Parapher- nalia under a plea agreement. Carroll was assessed $645 in court costs and fees.

Mark William Manes, 53, has been sentenced to 240 months in a corrections facility. Manes, who was originally charged with two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, pled guilty to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia under a plea agreement. Manes was assessed $895 in court costs and fees.

J.D. Comstock, 25, has been sentenced to 240 months in a correction facility. Comstock, who was originally charged with Residential Burglary, Breaking and Entering, and Criminal Mischief, pled guilty to Criminal Mischief

First Degree under a plea bargain. Comstock was assessed $770 in court costs and fees.

Michael Ray Allen Jr, 48, has been sentenced to 120 months in a corrections facility. Allen, who was originally charged with Residential Burglary, pled guilty to Theft of Property under a plea agreement. Allen was assessed $770 in court costs and fees.

Justin Wilkerson, 23, was placed under supervised probation for 60 months under a plea agreement. Wilkerson was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of a Prescribed Narcotic Drug Outside the Container and Possession with Intent to Use. Wilkerson was fined $2,500 and assessed $645 in court costs and fees.

Todd Daniel Schwarting, 50, has been sentenced to 60 months supervised probation under a plea agreement. Schwarting was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, methamphetamine. Schwarting was fined $2,500 and assessed $645 in court costs and fees.

Chastidy Wenger, 28, has been sentenced to 36 months of supervised probation. Wenger was charged with two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Wenger was fined 2,500 and assessed $395 in court costs and fees.

Jamie Finley has been fined $1,000 and assessed $150 in court costs. Under a plea agreement, Finley pled guilty to Third Degree Escape, a Class A Misdemeanor.
