The Mammoth Spring High School Baseball team and the Mammoth Spring High School Ag Department have teamed up to offer a smoked pork tenderloin dinner and silent auction to benefit both groups this Friday, Dec. 17, starting at 4 p.m.
The meal, featuring smoked pork tenderloin, baked potatoes, baked beans, rolls, drinks and a dessert will be served from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Mammoth Spring Cafeteria.
Tickets are $7 in advance and $8 at the door, with proceeds going to purchase new uniforms for the baseball team.
The Silent Auction will also be held in the cafeteria from 4 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and will feature items made by the students in the shop classes. A variety of gifts including woodworking items, christmas decorations and more will be available to be bid on. The winners of the Silent Auction will be announced at halftime during the Mammoth Spring/Thayer basketball game.
Proceeds from the Silent Auction will go towards the Ag Department's community projects fund.
