Steven Wayne Marshall, 45, of Calico Rock was arrested on May 2 for the theft of tools and copper from a house under construction on Old Dolph Road. In addition to class "B" and class "C" theft felonies, Marshall is accused of being an absconder from parole on a previous conviction. Marshall has been temporarily released from the Izard County Detention Facility to a rehabilitation facility.

Matthew Gregory Henry, 26, of Batesville was arrested on May 7 for the theft of scrap items from a recently burned residence in Melbourne. Formal charges are pending.

Jeff Lindsey Hall, Jr., 38, of Batesville was arrested on May 7 for the theft of scrap items from a recently burned house in Melbourne. Formal charges are pending.

Johnathan Andrew Goodwin, 24, of Mt. Pleasant was arrested on May 5 for driving while intoxicated and not wearing a seat belt. Goodwin posted bond May 6 in the amount of $1,085 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Nelson Adrian Rosales, 27, of Sherwood was arrested on May 5 for having no driver's license. Rosales was released from the Izard County Detention Facility after posting bond in the amount of $355.

Robert Lawrence Traylor, 48, of Texarkana was arrested May 5 for operating a vehicle without insurance and driving on a suspended license. Traylor was released May 6 after posting bond in the amount of $835.

Rodney Sandy Vance, 34, of Cave City was arrested May 6 for driving on a suspended license. Vance is being held in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of a $1,105 bond and a hold by Sharp County.

Kathryn Lenell Masburn , 34, of Violet Hill was arrested May 5 on an Izard County warrant for failure to appear. Masburn posted bond in the amount of $509 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Vonia Estes, 47, of Melbourne was arrested on May 5 for failure to pay fines.

Estes posted bond on May 6 in the amount of $350 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Corey Edward Eitleman, 31, of Melbourne was arrested on May 6 on a failure to pay fines warrant. Eitleman posted bond on May 7 in the amount of $850 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.
