Jeffery Bennett, 47, pleaded guilty on May 4 to Domestic Battery Second Degree. Under a plea agreement, Bennett was placed on probation for 36 months, under the supervision of the Department of Community Corrections. Judge Tim Weaver ordered Bennett to pay a $2,500 fine, $420 in court costs and fees and $350 in public defender fees.

John English, 22, pleaded guilty to Theft or Property for killing and butchering a neighbor's cow. Under a plea agreement, English will make $500 in restitution to his crime victim. Judge Tim Weaver agreed to place English on probation for 36 months. English was fined $2,500 and ordered to pay $420 in court costs and fees and $350 in public defender fees.

Kyle Salmone, 32, pleaded guilty to Theft by Receiving. Under a plea agreement, Salmone was placed on probation for 60 months. Judge Tim Weaver ordered Salmone to pay $1,422.45 in restitution to his crime victim. Salmone was also ordered to pay a fine of $2,500, $420 in court costs and fees, a $600 Drug Court fee, and $350 in public defender fees.

Daniel Wayne Dwight, 21, pleaded guilty to Theft by Receiving. Under a plea agreement, Dwight was sentenced to 18 months in prison, with impositon of the sentence suspended for 60 months. Judge Tim Weaver ordered Dwight to pay $5,055.44 in restitution. Dwight must also pay a $1,500 fine plus $420 in court costs and fees and $350 in public defender fees.

Sonya Wood, 47, pleaded guilty to Fleeing. Under a plea agreement, Wood was placed on probation for 36 months. Wood was fined $2,500. Judge Tim Weaver also ordered Wood to pay a fine of $2,500 plus $420 in court costs and fees and $350 in public defender fees.

Stacey Marie Okert has had charges against her dismissed. On May 4, Prosecutor Dwayne Plumlee filed a Motion For Nolle Prosequi (will not prosecute).
