Eldenia Earlene Heath, 50, of Melbourne was arrested June 13 on two felony drug charges. Heath allegedly altered a schedule IV controlled substance prescription, changing the prescription for 90 diazepam pills to 190 pills. Heath is charged with obtaining a controlled substance by fraud/forgery, and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. Heath was released from the Izard County Detention Facility after receiving a court date.

Alexander Blake Rouse, 19, of various addresses in Izard and Sharp counties was arrested June 13 on a warrant for defrauding a secured creditor, a class "d" felony. Rouse is accused is selling a vehicle he bought with a bank loan without obtaining permission from the lender. Rouse was also charged on a warrant for possession of intoxicating liquor by a minor. Rouse was released from the Izard County Detention Facility on June 15 after posting bond in the amount of $2,000.

Kimberly Denise Wilson, 31, of Calico Rock was arrested June 15 for fraudulent use of a credit/debit card. Wilson alledgedly used a debit card at a grocery store in Calico Rock that had earlier been reported stolen. Wilson was released after posting $1,000 bond.

John Mosher, 18, and William Stanton, 18, Melbourne were arrested June 13 and charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief 1st degree. The two allegedly damaged vehicles parked at a Melbourne business. Mosher was also charged with testing positive for marijuana, a violation of a previous bond. Mosher was released after posting $1,600 bond. Stanton was released after receiving a court date.

Dwayne Matthew Sutterfield, 36, of Dolph was arrested June 16 on charges of failure to pay fines, criminal trespass, driving while intoxicated, drinking in public, disorderly conduct-two counts, and obstructing governmental operations. Sutterfield posted bond June 17 in the amount of $3,765 and was released from the Izard County Detention Facility.

Lisa Kay Smith, 44, of Dolph was arrested June 16 on charges of disorderly conduct and domestic battering third degree. Smith posted bond later that day and was released from the Izard County Detention Facially.

Kelly Lynn Alberson, 33, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested June 17 on a child support enforcement warrant and disorderly conduct. Alberson remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.

Jacky Dean Pittman, 27, of Brockwell was arrested June 15 on violation of Arkansas hot check law warrant from Baxter County. Pittman was later transferred to Mountain Home.

Kimberly Dawn Sanders, 36, of Brockwell was arrested June 18 on a failure to pay warrant from Independence County. Sanders was transferred to Batesville by Independence County authorities.

Candi Michelle Q. Willis, 22, of Horseshoe Bend was arrested June 12 on army desertion charges. Willis was later picked up military police.
