Donald Mallet, 37, of Calico Rock was arrested on Aug. 18 for public intoxication, assault on a household member, criminal mischief, and two counts of endangering the welfare of child. Izard County Deputies arrested Mallet after receiving a report that he had kicked the door to an apartment and was threatening a woman and her two children. Mallet remains in the Izard County Detention Facility.
Kevin Quinton, 41, of Salem was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, after he crashed into a ditch on County Road 57. Deputies found a bag of suspected marijuana inside his vehicle and determined Quinton was also wanted on multiple Baxter County warrants. Quinton was released for medical treatment after being given a court date.
Marcie Moser, 20, of Mt. Pleasant was arrested on Aug. 20 for driving while intoxicated and domestic battery. Moser is charged with driving while impaired after starting a fight with a family member. Moser remains in the Izard County Detention Facility awaiting a court date.
Shannon David Edwards, 32, of Ravenden was arrested Aug. 15 on charges of driving while intoxicated, driving left of center and no seat belt. Edwards was released after posting bond in the amount of $2,965.
Alexander Blake Rouse, 19, of Salem was arrested Aug. 15 on Izard and Sharp County hot check warrants. Rouse was released after posting bond in the amount of $766.
Virginia Ruth Knight, 38, of Norfork was arrested Aug. 18 on a warrant for violation of Arkansas hot check law. Knight remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $628 bond.
Eric Lee Brantner, 30, of Oxford was arrested August 16 on a warrant for violating Wisconsin child support laws. Wisconsin authorities authorized Brantner's release on Aug. 16 due to medical reasons.
Ashley Michele Sherrill, 24, of Pineville was arrested Aug. 18 on a Baxter County misdemeanor warrant. Sherrill was released after posting bond in the amount of $185.
Megan Marie Roche, 21, of Hardy and Jessie Wayne Rogers, 28, of Highland were arrested for contempt of court on Aug. 15, after testing positive for methamphetamine and other drugs during a court appearance. They will remain in the Izard County Detention Facility until a Sept. 6 court appearance.
Jeff Lindsey Hall, Jr., 38, of Batesville was arrested Aug. 21 on an Izard County warrant for failure to appear. Hall remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bond.
Joshua Nelson Spangler, 18, of Melbourne is being held in the Izard County Detention Facility awaiting prison bed space. Spangler was sentenced to the Arkansas Department of Correction on Aug. 15.
Dwain Tom Ketron, 64, of Melbourne was arrested on Aug. 25 and charged with domestic battery third degree, for allegedly striking his son in the face. Ketron was released from the Izard County Detention Facility on Aug. 27 after posting $500 bond.
Peter Eugene Pierce, 56, of Melbourne was arrested on Aug. 25 for criminal trespass, for allegedly trespassing on the Melbourne High School campus. Pierce was released from the Izard County Detention Facility on Aug. 27 after posting a $500 bond.
William R. Webb of Franklin was arrested on Aug. 22 for fleeing police. Webb was later transferred to a Batesville medical facility.
Scott Abernathy, 52 of Calico Rock was arrested Aug. 26 on charges of driving while intoxicated and careless/prohibited driving. Abernathy was given a court date and released after his arrest for medical reasons.
Adam David Hoskins, 26, of Melbourne was arrested Aug. 27 for driving while intoxicated. Hoskins was released on Aug. 28 after posting $1,000 bond.
Deanna Louise Jordan, 73, of Eureka Springs was arrested Aug. 24 on a failure to pay fines warrant. Jordan was released from the Izard County Detention facility after making an initial appearance.
Thomas Ray Drake, 35, of Melbourne was arrested Aug. 27 on an Izard County warrant for failure to pay fines. Thomas remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $735 cash bond.
Joseph Brandon Blythe, 25, of Conway was arrested Aug. 23 on a failure to pay fines warrant. Blythe remains in the Izard County Detention Facility in lieu of $450 cash bond.
